Easy-Cut

The Ideal 4815 Guillotine has patented EASY-CUT activating bars. A cut can be executed conveniently by means of the patented EASY-CUT blade activating bars, which guarantee a safe two-hand operation.

Convenient Setting

Convenient setting of the backgauge via hand crank in combination with the digital measurement readout on the machine table. The precision backgauge spindle guarantees exact cuts.

Optical Cutting Line

The optical cutting line indicator with especially bright and durable LEDs guarantees easy alignment of cutting marks for precise cuts.

Blade Changing Device

The “SCS” package extends to servicing such as changing the blade or cutting stick. There is no need to remove any machine casing. An easy to handle blade-changing device provides a covering of the cutting edge and a safe hook-in device for the blade carrier. By locating and holding the unbolted blade, this device guarantees quick and risk-free blade replacement. The cutting stick is very easy to remove from the side of the machine in order to turn or change it.

Tool Holder

The practical hook-in tool holder is placed on the back table and keeps all necessary tools for blade change and service jobs within reach.
