D&K Neptune Auto Laminator
The D&K Neptune Auto Laminator has a suction feeder that offers a deep pile for longer run work and is easily adjustable for a variety of different sheet sizes. A missing sheet detector helps to prevent unwanted wraparounds. A centralised control panel offers ease of operation. A decurl bar, which may be altered on the run, is fitted to assist in giving a flat result.
The positioning of the perforator overcomes any potential issues caused by poor film roll profiles and allows greater speed and decurl angles minimising web breakage. The electronically adjustable burster automatically separates sheets up to B3 size whilst fans provide a cushion of air to support the sheet as it is delivered into the catch tray.
